Ingredients

  • 1 no Salmon steak

  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped garlic

  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

  • Fresh thyme (chopped)

  • Salt as required

  • Crushed pepper as required

  • Fresh vegetable for side dish

Directions

  • Well wash the salmon steak, strain well. And keep in a bowl.
  • Take salmon steak. Marinate with olive oil, chopped garlic, lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt, crushed pepper, and chopped fresh thyme.
  • Preheat a pen. Heat olive oil. Place the salmon steak. And searing both side.
  • Reduce the fire. Cook salmon steak with slow medium heat for a couple of minutes.
  • In between of this time, you have to prepare side dishes, ans sauces as your choice.
  • When salmon cooked well, remove from the pan, and shifted to a serving plate.
  • Served hot with mashed potatoes, and some vegetables.
