Ingredients

  • 1 no Small carrot

  • 6-7 no Snow peas

  • 1/2 cup Diced Bell pepper

  • 1/2 cup Diced Onion

  • 5-6 no Green beans

  • 2 no Broccoli florets

  • 1/4 cup Diced Spring onion

  • Salt, crushed pepper as required

  • 1/2 tbsp White Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce

  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic

  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped ginger

  • 1 tbsp Chopped cilantro

Directions

  • First, wash the vegetables very well so that no dirt is left and drain them well. Cut diced all the vegetables.
  •  Take a large nonstick frying pan or wok. Heat Sesame Oil. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Stir well till brown.
  • Add all the vegetables, Stir to mix well, and cook on medium heat until softened.

  • Then add one cup of vegetable stock, and cook again cook for a couple of minutes on a high fire.

  • When all the vegetable cooked, add salt, crushed pepper, vinegar, hoisin sauce, and chopped cilantro. Again stir well.

  • Check the seasoning, transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with chopped green onion.

  • Served hot with the accompaniment of rice.
