Ingredients

  • Tagilata pasta.......................................250 gm
  • Egg yolk..................................................2 no
  • Cooking cream.....................................1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese..................................2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic......................................1 tbsp
  • Extra virgin olive oil...............................2 tbsp
  • Butter...........................................................1tbsp
  • Bacon.............................................................2 slice
  • Chopped parsley.......................................For garnish
  • Salt..................................................................to taste
  • French loaf....................................................2 slice
  • Crushed pepper...........................................a pinch
  • Oregano.........................................................a pinch

Instructions

  1. In a heavy saucepan, bring  the water and boil it with little a bit of salt. Add  tagliata pasta and stir gently , boil for 4-6 minutes, make sure pasta must be al dente.


  2. Remove from fire and strain it.


  3. In a small mixing bowl , take egg yolk,cooking cream,parmesan cheese and little parsley and beat well by fork.

  4. Chop the bacon slices.

  5. Heat olive oil in a over  medium fire add chopped garlic and stir it, make sure it should not be brown or burn. Then add chopped bacon and cook for less time, add tagliata pasta , stir it for a couple of minutes with the seasoning salt , pepper and oregano.

  6. Add a  little butter ,over pour egg and cream mixture and stire quickly for 1 minute,if you cook more the egg will be curdle so just stir it and serve immediately.

  7. Serve with garlic bread and garnish with Parmesan shaving and fried basil.
