Ingredients

  • Salmon fish…………………............................……..150gm
  • Whole olives…………………...........................…….4 no
  • Ricotta cheese………………….........................…..30 gm
  • Blanched chop spinach……....................………50 gm
  • Chop garlic……………………..........................…….2 tbsp
  • Fresh thyme………………….........................………A spring
  • Lemon juice…………………........................……….2 tsp
  • Parsley…………………………...........................……..for garnish
  • Black pepper………………......................………….for seasoning
  • Salt……………………………..........................………...to taste
  • Bell pepper………………......................…………….4-5 cubes
  • Asparagus…………………......................…………..2 sticks
  • French beans…………….....................…………….4-5 no
  • Butter………………………..…………………………… 30 gm
  • Cooking cream…………………...……………………2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Before cutting the salmon you have to thoroughly wipe by a tissue paper for which you can cut salmon safely.

  2. Then cut the salmon 3 slices of lengthwise and marinate……

  3. Heat butter in a heavy saucepan and add chopped garlic sauté for just a moment and add chopped squeezed blanch spinach, then stir for a couple of minutes and sprinkle with a little bit of salt pepper.

  4. Blanched spinach, drain well and cool with running cold water.

  5. Whenever cool sautéed spinach, make mixture with the ricotta cheese, chopped olives and spinach.

  6. Then fill the mixture 3 layers of salmon slices and marinate with olive oil, pepper, lemon juice and parsley chop.

  7. Grilled the marinated stuffed salmon on the preheated griller until cook.

  8. In a same time saute the blanched vegetable with butter and garlic.

  9. Finally design the serving plate with the sprinkle of reduced Balsamic vinegar.

  10. Served with saute vegetable and lemon butter sauce and garnish fresh thyme and lemon wedges.
