  • 1 no Skinless Chicken breast

  • Oil for Frying

  • Stuffed Cheese and spinach
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup Fine Julienne Spinach

  • 1 sprig Fresh thyme

  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped garlic

  • Little crushed pepper

  • Marination and coating
  • 1 no Egg

  • 2 cup Bread crumb (PANKO)

  • Salt, and Crushed pepper

  • Chopped parsley

  • Chopped thyme

  • For sauces, and vegetable
  • 1 cup Demi glaze

  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped garlic

  • 1 tbsp Cooking cream

  • 1/2 tbsp Butter

  • 1/2 cup Stock

  • Some green vegetables as you like


  • Wash, and clean the chicken breast thoroughly. Place the chicken on the cutting board.

    Light press the chicken, and hold it.

    Take a sharp knife, insert it in the top middle part of the chicken. And make it space for stuffed.
  • Take a mixing bowl, put cheese, spinach, garlic, and thyme. Mash it properly. Then stuffed in chicken. Sprinkle salt, and pepper over the chicken, and keep aside.

  • Break an egg on a plate. Add a little salt, pepper, and mix well. Coat the chicken with egg batter and place on a bread crumb. Crumb it, and again do as same.
  • Heat oil in the slow-medium fire. Place the stuffed chicken slowly, and fry it for just one minute.

    Then remove the chicken from the fryer, and keep it rest for 3 minutes.

    Slow the fire, then again fry it, until it is not reached cooked.
  • Make your vegetable, and sauce as you like.
  • Then take the fry stuffed chicken, and transfer it to a serving bowl. Garnish with thyme spring, and chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot with sauces, and vegetables.
