The stuffed chicken Parmesan dish is one of the most popular in Italian cuisine. Of Course, it’s very delicious and accessible to accomplish this recipe. All of we know that most of the people love cheese and dairy product of any dish, here I accord the Parmesan cheese for those who loved the cheese recipe. In chicken Parmesan recipe you can stuff any vegetable or meat product, that are spinach, olives, mushroom, broccoli and corn like this.

Being a Chef, I preferred the spinach and olives is the cool combination for this stuffed chicken Parmesan recipe. Here I am presenting this recipe with sweet pepper salsa, but you can prefer different types of sauce, these are the saffron sauce, basil tomato sauce, and pesto sauce. These sauces are a nice combination for this recipe. Stuffed chicken Parmesan recipe is very yummy and lovable food, this recipe can cook two ways one grilled and other one deep fried.   • 2 no Chicken breast
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 bunch Spinach
  • 1 cup Button mushroom
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Bread crumb
  • 1/2 cup Roast bell pepper chop
  • 1/2 cup Cooking cream
  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey


  1. Wash the spinach and mushroom thoroughly in cold water, strain well and chop the both of vegetable.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a heavy saucepan, put chopped garlic and saute for a while, then put mushroom and stir for 2-3 minutes, add chopped spinach and again cook until absorbed the water.

  3. When all the water will absorb then add cooking cream and Parmesan cheese, cook 2-3 minutes or cook until perfect consistency this mixture and finishing with salt and pepper, then remove from fire and keep in a bowl.

  4. Well wash the chicken breast, cover with wrap and ham it, be sure it should not thin, remove out the wrap and marinate with olive oil, salt pepper, garlic, and chopped thyme.

  5. Fill the mixture by spoon and roll it, keep aside. Dip in egg batter and crumble it.

  6. For sweet pepper salsa--- Take a large bowl, put chopped roasted bell pepper, salt, crushed pepper, lemon juice, and honey mix well. 

  7. Grill rolled chicken on a preheated griller for 4-5 minutes or until cooked. Then take out from the grille and cut slang with a sharp knife.

  8. Serve with sweet pepper salsa and steamed vegetable.
