Stuffed chicken parmesan

Stuffed chicken parmesan is a delicious dish that can be eaten as a starter or a main course. The stuffing with spinach, olives, and cheese in the center of the chicken has a great taste and it can make under 30 minutes.

The stuffed chicken breasts are pan-fried until golden brown and crispy on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside. Then it is served with pepper salsa.

Ingredients

  • 1 Skinless chicken breast

  • A handful of Spinach leaves

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan

  • 1 cup Bread crumb (Hanko)

  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese

  • Chopped garlic

  • Crushed pepper

  • Sliced black olives

  • Salt as required

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic stir it. Then put spinach with adding salt, and crushed pepper. Stir it for a couple of minutes. When all the water will evaporate, add grated cheddar cheese, and sliced olives. Reduce the fire. Mix well with spinach and cheese.
  • Slice the middle of the chicken breast. Ham the chicken. Season with salt, and pepper. Place the spinach mixture on the chicken breast. Roll it.
  • Mix well the breadcrumb, parmesan, and chopped parsley in a tray.
  • Make egg batter. Dip the chicken roll into the egg batter. Then crumb it.
  • Heat oil for frying. Gently put the breaded chicken into the oil. Fry until it is crispy.
  • Remove the chicken, Keep aside for resting.
  • Sliced, and served hot with pepper salsa.
