Ingredients

  • 12 no Shrimps (Medium size)

  • Marinate
  • 1/2 cup Mustard oil

  • 1 tbsp Yogurt

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 tbsp Chilly Powder

  • 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala

  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder

  • 1/3 tbsp Chat Masala

  • 1/2 tbsp Roasted cumin powder

  • 1/2 tbsp Salt

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 tbsp Crushed Pepper

  • Mint Chutney
  • A bunch of fresh mint leaves

  • 2 no Green chilies

  • 4 Garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 tbsp Chat Masala

  • 1/2 tbsp Salt

  • 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt

Directions

  • Peel the shrimps, and keep them aside in a bowl.
  • Take a large mixing bowl, combine mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, lemon juice, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and yogurt. Mix well with a whisker.

  • Once the marinade is ready, well spread the marinade on all over shrimps. Let the shrimps marinate for about ten to fifteen minutes or keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  • Prepare Mint Chutney
    Wash well the mint sprigs, take out the leaves from the stalks, keep in a blender, combine with green chilies, garlic, ginger, and little coriander leaves. Blend well at high speed by adding a 1/4 cup of water. When it blends well, remove it, and keep it in a bowl. Add yogurt, salt, lemon juice, and chat masala. Mix well. Check the seasoning. If needed, add some.

    Remove marinated shrimps from the refrigerator—heat little oil in a grilling pan. Place the shrimp’s skewer and grill at low-medium heat. Continue grilling until the shrimps reach the desired doneness. Then remove from the heat and place on a serving plate.
