  • 10 to12 no shrimp
  • 2 handful Heart of romaine lettuce
  • 1 handful Mesclun lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tbsp Pesto sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sweet pepper sauce
  • 1 no Whole orange
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Orange zest
  • 2 tbsp Salad oil


  1. Washed well and cleaned the shrimps, strain it well and marinate with salt, crushed pepper, lemon juice, orange zest, olive oil and chopped garlic. Leave for 5 minutes.

  2. Washed thoroughly lettuce with  ice water and strain well. Keep in large mixing bowl and put only olive oil, salt and pepper, mix well.

  3. Grilled the marinated shrimps on a over medium heat griller for 3-4 minute, then keep it aside to cool.

  4. Peel the orange and take out orange segment by a sharp knife.

  5. For the orange dressing, mix well orange juice and salad oil with the salt and pepper as per needed.

  6. In a large bowl, mix up grilled shrimp and lettuce, transfer to a salad bowl and drizzle pesto sauce, sweet pepper sauce and orange dressing on top of the lettuce and shrimp. 

  7. Garnishing with orange segment and serve.......
