Salan Masala – A Delicious South Indian dish.

The salan masala is probably one of the most authentic and popular South Indian dishes.

It is mainly a mixture of the whole along with the spices like coriander, red chili powder, cumin powder, and dried mung beans (or chickpeas).

Step 1.

Cook with slow fire until all masala is not cooked well. Then transfer the salan masala to a container, and keep it aside for cool. Then you can store it. Use when you need. Before use make a fine puree, and you can use this any dish of South Indian.
