Roasted turkey dish is the cuisine of America , but now a days it has been popular, another way you can call its festival dish , because mostly famous in during festival like Christmas, new years…….The dark meat of a turkey tends to contain more vitamins and minerals but also has more fat and calories. Turkey contains the amino acid tryptophan.

Although the holidays are a prime time for turkey consumption, turkey is also a popular sandwich meat and alternative to ground beef throughout the year. The United States is the world’s largest producer of turkey meat.

  • 1 no Turkey
  • 8-10 tbsp Olive oil
  • 8-10 tbsp Butter
  • 8-10 tbsp HP sauce
  • 4 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 cup Celery
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Crushed pepper
  • 1 tbsp Whole black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chop thyme
  • 1 tbsp chop rosemary
  • 100 gm Brussel sprout
  • 100 gm Baby potato
  • 100 gm Carrot
  • 300 gm Button mushroom
  • 150 gm cauliflower
  • 100 gm Broccoli


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Put a roasting tray with a roasting rack and spray the rack with olive oil.

  2. Remove the turkey neck and giblets, rinse the turkey, and pat dry with paper towels. Place the turkey, breast side up, on a rack in the roasting pan. Loosely fill the body cavity with stuffing.

  3. Rub the turkey with butter and combine all the ingredients Place turkey in the oven, and pour 2 cups stock into the bottom of the roasting pan.Roast for 3 hours with the temperature 325 degrees F.

  4. And check every 30 minutes , whenever the stock and dripping evaporate, add some more stocks in it, After this checked by thermometer or you can use by fork. Then remove out from the oven and rest for 30 minutes.

  5. Other side blanched the all vegetable and saute with butter garlic.

  6. And place the whole turkey on the serving platter and accompaniment the butter, garlic saute vegetable , garnish with grilled half lemonade place.
