  • 1 no Fish fillet

  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

  • Lemon zest

  • Chopped celery

  • Chopped parsley

  • 1/2 tbsp Mustard sauce

  • Chopped fresh thyme

  • Salt as required

  • Crushed pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp All-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil


  • Wash the fillet, strain well, and cut large diced.
  • Take a mixing bowl. Put all the ingredients, mix well. Then marinate with fish, and keep aside.
  • Preheat the pan. Sprinkle oil on the pan.
  • Place the fish on preheated pan. And cook for both sides. When it is cooked well, remove it from the pan.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
  • Served hot with grilled vegetables.
