  • 1 no Raw salmon steak (200gm)

  • Sliced leeks

  • Sliced celery stick

  • Lemon slices

  • Peppercorn

  • Bay leaf

  • Sliced whole garlic

  • 3 cup Water

  • Salt


  • Washed the salmon steak well.
  • Bring the boiling water to a pan. Add bay leaf, peppercorn, salt, lemon slices, sliced garlic, thyme, leeks, and celery stick.
  • Bring to boil. Put the salmon steak, and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Remove the salmon steal from the pan. Place on a serving bowl. Pour over the stock.
  • Served hot with green beans or any vegetable. Or it can have with rice.
