PISTA CRUSTED ROLLED TENDERLOIN

Pista crusted rolled Tenderloin is the chefs one of the most creative recipe.Place pistachio mixture on a sheet of non-stick baking paper. Season with salt and pepper. Roll the beef tenderloin in the pistachio mixture, pressing firmly to coat.Cut the tenderloin into 1/2 slang. Divide the steak and serving plates. Serve with baked cheese tomato.

Ingredients

  • Beef tenderloin......................220 gm
  • Asparagus................................4 no
  • Chop garlic...............................1 tbsp
  • Thyme..........................................A spring
  • Salt.................................................to taste
  • Crushed pepper.........................to taste
  • Barbeque sauce.........................4 tbsp
  • Crusted pista...............................80 gm
  • Small tomato................................1 no
  • Parsley chop..................................A little
  • Extra virgin olive oil......................2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Flat the tenderloin steak by using your knife,marinate with olive oil ,garlic, thyme, parsley and salt pepper.
  2. Then rolled up with Asparagus and leave for 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place ground pistachio on a sheet of non-stick baking paper. Season with parsley, salt and pepper, Roll the tenderloin in the pistachio mixture, pressing firmly to coat.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the  tenderloin is golden and cooked through.
  5. Cover with foil and set aside for 3 minutes to rest.
  6. Cut the tenderloin into 1/2 slang. Cover with foil and set aside for 3 minutes to rest.
  7. Served with baked cheese tomato.
