  • Half medium ripe Pineapple

  • 1 cup Sweet chilly Sauce

  • Chilly Flakes

  • Chopped Parsley

  • Crushed Pepper

  • Salt

  • Honey


  • Bring the pineapple, peel it. Cut into baton style. Marinate the pineapple with honey, salt, crushed pepper, chilly flakes, and chopped parsley. Gently mix well.
  • It can be served salad or as well as an appetizer.
  • Served with a sweet chilly dip.
