Ingredients

  • 1 cup Boiled penne pasta

  • 2 cup Hone made tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped celery

  • 1/2 tbsp White sugar

  • 1/4 tbsp Honey

  • Salt as required

  • Crushed pepper

  • Dried oregano

  • Parmesan cheese for topping

  • Parsley for garnish

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, and celery. Saute it.
  • Then add boiled penne pasta, and butter. Stir it with adding 1/2 cup of vegetable stock.
  • Add salt, pepper, sugar, and oregano. stir again. Then add homemade tomato sauce, cooked for 2 minutes. Then put little cheese, 1/4 tbsp of honey, and coat well with pasta.
  • Check the seasoning, if it required add some.
  • Off the gas. Transfer to pasta serving bowl. Sprinkle grated cheese, parsley, dried oregano, drizzle olive oil.
  • Served hot with garlic bread.
