Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • Salt a pinch

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp Ghee

Directions


  • Take wheat flour in a large mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup of water, salt, and little vegetable oil with salt. Need well, make dough until it reaches a smooth texture.

  • Cover with a wet muslin cloth for 10 to 12 minutes.

  • After this, divide the dough to 4 no of equal parts, and make to round it.

  • Take roller, and place the one dough ball on it. Just sprinkle little flour over on it. Then start to roll, and make round as you need. Then spread little ghee, and folded as triangular. Again roll, and make the paratha size as you required.

  • Heat Tawa or griller on an over medium heat. Then place the paratha, and cook both sides of paratha, by using little ghee.

Ingredients

  • 300 gm curry cut chicken

  • 3 no large onion

  • 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2 no large tomatoes

  • Whole garam masala

  • 1 tbs[ chilly powder

  • 1 tbsp ground garam masala

  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric

  • 5 no whole green chilies

  • 1/4 cup cashew nut paste

  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder

  • 1/2 tbsp cumin powder

  • Salt as required

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/4 cup yogurt

  • Chopped coriander

Directions


  • Washed chicken, and strain well. Marinate the chicken with little oil, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilly powder, salt, and yoghurt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

  • Sliced onion, and tomato.

  • Take a heavy skillet frying pan. Heat vegetable oil on an over medium fire. When oil heated, add whole garam masala.

  • Then put sliced onion, stir until reaches golden brown colour. Then add ginger garlic paste, again stir for a couple of minutes.

  • After this, add cashew nut paste, saute for a couple of minutes. Then add all spices with salt, and again stir, until it’s not cooked well.

  • Add marinated chicken, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes without additional water. Between this time, you must stir continuously to avoid masala stick at the bottom.

  • Put 2 cups of water, and cover. Cook again 12 to 15 minutes. Check the seasoning. Finally, add chopped coriander leaves. Served hot with paratha.

  • NOTE
    The other way to prepare the chicken is to just cook it in a pot, add salt and pepper and let the chicken simmer for about an hour. You can always add some more spices and flavour if you like. Just be sure to leave the chicken inside the marinade, which is why it takes so long to make.
