India has a rich cultural diversity which is reflected in its cooking. Stuffed cottage cheese oven recipe with Indian spices is one of India’s most popular recipes that is enjoyed by people all over the world.

Ginger garlic paste is used instead of fresh ginger to give it a deeper flavor. Yellow chilly power is used for its spicy kick while crushed pepper is included for its earthy flavor.

The other ingredients are also Indian-inspired because they’re all traditional Indian spices that go well with onions, tomatoes, and cumin.

Marination is a technique of soaking food in a seasoned liquid before cooking it. This process usually makes the food more flavorful, juicy, and tender.

The best marinade I used for the oven stuffed cheese recipe, includes a mixture of yogurt, saffron, chilly powder, pepper, cilantro, and ginger-garlic paste.

Nuts are a great healthy snack for your little ones. The mixture of dry nuts in the cottage cheese mixture will give your kids a taste of nature and healthy ingredients.

1- Add 1 cup of dried nuts to a food processor and pulse it until the pieces are small.

2- Add 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, cardamom powder, and 1 teaspoon grated onion.

3- Blend everything together to make a nutty stuffing for your favorite stuffed cottage cheese recipe.
