- 1 no celery stick
- 2 cup vegetable stock
- 1/2 cooking cream
- salt/sugar/crushed black pepper
Not necessary 2 to 3 types of mushroom used for this, you can use 1 or 2 types of Mushroom. Which you can get easily get from your local market or shop.
- Wash the all mushroom well with under running cold water. Sliced the onion, chopped the garlic cloves, and celery stick.
- Heat Olive oil in a heavy skillet frying pan on low-medium heat. Put onion, garlic, celery, and bay leaf stir until softening the onion.
- Then add all sliced mushroom, again stir for a couple of minutes until the mushrooms are not reached golden brown.
- Add butter, thyme, a little salt, and sugar. Again cook for 2 minutes, after this pour stock, and cover with a lid. Then simmer for 5 minutes with slow medium fire.
- Remove from the fire, and keep aside for cool.
- Take a soup blender, blend the soup mixture fine. Strain well, and again put on fire. Simmer with additional stock if required.
- Finished with adding cooking cream, salt, and sugar.
- Served mushroom soup with breadstick, soft roll, and garlic bread.
