Ingredients

  • 1 cup Long Grain Rice

  • 2 no Tomato (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup Boiled Beans (white)

  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onion

  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic

  • 1/2 cup Diced pepper

  • 3 Chilly Pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp Harisa (Soak with Oil)

  • Chopped parsley

  • Cumin Powder

  • Crushed Pepper

  • Salt

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

  • 2 cup White Stock

Directions

  • Washed rice well and soaked for 25 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a high skillet pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and saute for a minute, then add chopped tomatoes stir until it becomes cooked. When the tomatoes are cooked, add harissa, bell pepper, and white beans. Stirring continuously for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add rice and stir until the grains are coated in tomato sauce and sprinkle over salt, crushed pepper, chilly pepper. Then add the stock and bring to a boil, reduce the heat to ‘low’, cover and simmer until the rice is cooked about 15-20 min.
  • Check the seasoning, remove it from fire, keep cover for 2-3 minutes.
  • Served hot garnishing with chopped parsley.
