Ingredients

  • 1 no Large half-ripe mango

  • 2 tbsp Small diced Onion

  • 2 tbsp Small diced bell pepper

  • 2 tbsp Broccoli florets (small)

  • 1 tbsp Diced jalapeno

  • 1 tbsp Chopped cilantro

  • 2 tbsp Diced seedless red tomatoes

  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped ginger

  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1/2 tbsp Honey

  • salt as required

  • Crushed pepper as required

  • Chilly flakes (optional)

  • Olive oil (optional)

Directions

  • Blanched broccoli florets. Keep it aside for cool.
  • Bring a large mixing bowl. Peel mango, remove the seed from it. Small diced by a sharp knife.
  • Keep in a bowl. Add all the small diced vegetables with blanched broccoli florets.
  • Then add salt, crushed pepper, honey, cilantro, and lemon juice. Mix gently. Check the seasoning. You can add chilly flakes for more spice if you want.
  • Then transfer to a sauce bowl, served with tortilla, or any appetizer recipe.
