  • 2 Handful of Frisee lettuce (kale, roman, and butter crispy lettuce) Optional.
  • 1 no Medium boiled Beetroot
  • 1 no Orange
  • 1 no Grapefruits
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil Salad oil (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Whipping cream for garnish
  • 1/2 tbsp Balsamic caviar
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice


  • Thoroughly clean the lettuce and washed with running cold water, keep in iced water for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain well. As a result, the lettuce looks fresh and crispy.
  • Peel out the skin from beetroot with soft hands under running cool water. Transfer to plate and keep aside for cool. After cool, then split in half. Cut into wedges and other half cut into dice. Keep in a glass bowl.
  • Remove the skin out from orange and grapefruits, cut into wedges, keep aside.
  • In a salad mixing bowl, take olive oil, salt, lemon juice, honey and pepper as you want, mix well.
  • Place the lettuce, beetroot wedges, orange, and beetroot wedges on a salad plate and pour dressing over the salads. Garnish with whipping cream and balsamic caviar. Serve it.
