This recipe originated from ITALIAN  CUISINE, the Italian people have always preferred spices in their victuals. For this recipe, Beef meat is the most preferable meat. It’s so ambrosial and the lovable starter recipe. Rudimentary, most of the people are taken meatball recipe as a starter, not the main course.

Ingredients

  • 240 gm Lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Chop garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chop onion
  • 4 no Large tomato
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Chop bell pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Chop rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Chop parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilly flakes
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1/2 tbsp Crushed pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Fried basil for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Break an egg in a large mixing bowl, add beef mince and chop garlic, rosemary, salt, crushed pepper, chop parsley mix well, keep in chiller for 5 minutes.

  2. In a saucepan, take water and boil it, blanch the tomato strain and cool it. Then remove skin and seed from the blanched tomatoes and chop roughly. 

  3. For salsa, heat olive oil in a heavy saucepan, add garlic and onion saute for a couple of minutes, then add bell pepper and chop tomatoes stir again for more couple of minutes. When tomato and bell pepper will be tender, then finishing with salt, crushed pepper and chilli flakes. Then remove from fire and keep aside.

  4. Take out the beef mixture from the chiller and make 12 no of beef ball and skewer by sandwich stick. Grill it on a preheat grille for 5-6 minutes. When it is done  remove from the grille and keep on serving plate.

  5. Pour hot tomato salsa on a meatball and garnishing with fried basil leaves. Serve with stick of cucumber and carrot.
