ITALIAN MEATBALL RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 8.5 oz Ground beef

  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic

  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 cup Tomato sauce

  • Salt as required

  • Crushed Pepper

  • Fresh rosemary

  • 1 no Egg

Directions

  • Combine the minced beef, salt, pepper, chopped rosemary, egg, and little olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Divides into small meatballs. Skewer It.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pan. Place the beef skewer on it. Cook with slow medium fire. Then remove the meat skewer from the pan.
  • In the same pan, heat the remaining olive oil. Add chopped garlic, and onion. Stir it for a couple of minutes.
  • Then add tomato sauce, add seasoning.
  • Check the season. Place the beef skewer on top of the sauce. Gently Mix it.
  • When it is cooked well remove it, and serve hot.
