- The best way to store mango sauce is in a reusable squeeze bottle or in an airtight container in a refrigerator., which can keep it fresh for up to a week. When you are planning use the ango sauce as a cold dip, be sure to store it in a tight jar in the refrigerator after opening.
- If you prefer serving as a cold dip, place the jar on ice. Or serving as a hot dip, keep the sauce in a heat-proof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
- If you intend to use it in hot dishes, then take it out of the fridge and bring it to room temperature before using it.

How To Make mango sauce?
To prepare this delicious hot mango dip or sauce –
- Start by pureeing the mangoes; you can use a food processor or a heavy-duty blender.
- Heat butter in a heavy frying pan, add garlic and stir until brown.
- Then pour mango puree, and stir with adding little water.
- Reduce fire. Add salt, sugar, fresh thyme, crushed pepper, and lemon juice.
- Leave it for simmering. Check the seasoning and consistency.
- Off the fire, transfer it into a bowl.
- Then keep in the refrigerator, and serve cold as side dips or accompaniments.
