  • 1 1/4 cup Full fat milk

  • 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour

  • 1 no Large egg

  • 1/2 tbsp Baking powder

  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter

  • 2 tbsp Sugar

  • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla essence

  • 1/4 tbsp Cinnamon powder

  • 2 no Fresh strawberry

  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp Honey


  • Add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon powder, melted butter, egg, and milk in a mixing bowl. Make the perfect batter with a hand blender. Check the consistency.

  • Be sure to avoid the lumps; when thicken, add vanilla essence and mix well. Keep aside in a bowl.
  • Preheat the skillet over medium heat; the skillet is ready if, when you sprinkle a little water on the surface of the skillet, the water dances around on the grilling pan and eventually evaporates then you can know it’s ready for the grilled pancake.

  • Make sure to lightly spread the over-the-top skillet with melted butter and pour the pancake batter into the measuring cup. What size do you prefer? Spread the batter to the desired size.

    After 1 or 2 mins, bubbles will appear on the top of the pancake, making their edges appear dry. Then, flip the pancake over and cook it for another approximately 1 or 2 minutes or until it’s not golden in color.
  • Remove from the skillet and serve hot with accompaniments of fruits comport, maple syrup, and honey, garnish with a mint sprig and fresh strawberry.
