WHAT IS THE HEALTHY PANCAKE ?
A healthy pancake is a fluffy flat cake made of egg, butter, refined flour, sugar and milk cooked on a hot pan served with maple syrup, fruits compote and a scoop of butter.
Pancakes may be served at any time of the day with a variety of toppings or fillings including jam, fruit and chocolate chips. It is the most popular healthy breakfast food in the world, nowadays everyone knows, what is the pancake and how it is made. The pancakes have been around for a century as a favorite staple in many culture diet. Basically, it was started from the stone age time, when in Greece and Rome, pancakes were made from wheat flour, honey, and milk. I am just adding one more word that WITHOUT PANCAKE NO BREAKFAST.

- Fresh strawberry
- Chocolate syrup.
These are the best accompaniments side dishes, goes well with a healthy pancake recipe. Remaining these, you can serve as your liking sauce or syrup. Most of the people like choco chips as a topping on a pancake.
HEALTHY PANCAKE RECIPE
A fluffy flat cake made with sugar, milk, refined flour, butter, and egg served with fruits comport, maple syrup and honey.
- 1 1/4 cup Full fat milk
- 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
- 1 no Large Egg
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 4 tbsp Unsalted melted butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Vanilla essence
- 1/4 tbsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 no Fresh strawbery
In a mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon powder, mix well with spoon or whisker. Warm milk in a slow fire not hot, add egg and melted butter, whiskey well. Gently add in the flour mixture and mix well by a whisker, be sure you should avoid the lumps, when its thicken add vanilla essence and mix well. Keep aside in a bowl.
Preheat the griddle on an over medium heat, the griddle is ready if when you sprinkle a little water on the surface of the griddle, the water dances around on the grilling pan and eventually evaporates, then you can know its ready for the grill pancake.
Then lightly brush on top of the griller with melted butter and pour pancake batter from a measuring cup. Which size you like, just spread the pancake batter as per your desired size. After 1 or 2 minutes you will see, bubbles appear on top of the pancake and their edges look dry, then turn over the pancake and again cook 1 or 2 minutes until it’s not looked golden color.
Remove from the griddle and serve hot with accompaniments of fruits comport, maple syrup and honey, garnish with mint sprig and fresh strawberry.
How you can know the milk hot or worm.……If you able to keep your finger submerged in the milk for 10 seconds.
- If your batter in the chiller, just remove from the chiller and bring to the room temperature, then you can start the make pancake. Otherwise, it will not be fluffy.
