  • 1 1/4 cup Full fat milk

  • 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour

  • 1 no Large egg

  • 1/2 tbsp Baking powder

  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter

  • 2 tbsp Sugar

  • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla essence

  • 1/4 tbsp Cinnamon powder

  • 2 no Fresh strawberry

  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp Honey


  • In a mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon powder, mix well with spoon or whisker. Warm milk in a slow fire not hot, add egg and melted butter, whiskey well
  • Gently add in the flour mixture and mix well by a whisker, be sure you should avoid the lumps, when its thicken add vanilla essence and mix well. Keep aside in a bowl.
  • Preheat the griddle on an over medium heat, the griddle is ready if when you sprinkle a little water on the surface of the griddle, the water dances around on the grilling pan and eventually evaporates, then you can know its ready for the grilled pancake.
  • Then lightly brush on top of the griddle with melted butter and pour pancake batter from a measuring cup. Which size you like, just spread the pancake batter as per your desired size.

    After 1 or 2 minutes you will see, bubbles appear on top of the pancake and their edges look dry, then turn over the pancake and again cook for 1 or 2 minutes until it’s not looked golden color.
