Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Small diced Guave

  • 1/2 cup Small diced papaya

  • 1/2 cup Diced peeled Apple (red)

  • 1/2 cup Diced ripe Mango

  • 8-10 no Orange segment

  • 1/2 cup Small diced Ramphal

  • 1/4 cup Fresh green peas

  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream (mayonnaise optional)

  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • Chopped ginger

  • Black Salt

Directions

  • Put the green peas in a bowl of cold water to soak for about thirty minutes. Then, drain the peas and keep them aside in a bowl.
  • Bring a mixing bowl, put the cream, honey, ginger, and little black salt. Mix well.

  • Then gently Mix will all the diced fruits with dressing.
  • Transfer to a salad bowl, and served cold.
