  • 1 no Green Zucchini

  • 2 no Tender Eggplant (medium-sized)

  • 5 no Tomatoes (large)

  • 3 no Carrot (medium)

  • Cheese Sauce
  • 2 cup Cooking Cream

  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic

  • 1 cup Bechamel

  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)

  • 1/2 tbsp Salt

  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar

  • 2 tbsp Butter (unsalted)

  • A pinch of crushed pepper

  • Marinate the vegetables
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1/2 tbsp Dried Oregano

  • Salt

  • Crushed Pepper

  • Chilly flakes (optional)

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (grated)

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • Cook the vegetables
  • Cleanse your vegetables thoroughly and strain them well. Wipe the vegetables with a cloth napkin. Cut the vegetable, which must be cut in 3/4 thick slices.

    Put them in an additional bowl. Rub or marinate them in olive oil, garlic chopped and salt, crushed pepper, and oregano. Make sure to marinate well and keep them in a separate dish.

    Then place the baking sheet pan in a preheated 170 degrees oven or salamander for 6 to 8 minutes. When the cheese is baked, remove it from the oven, and rest it for 3 minutes to cool.
