  • 2 Handful of Crunchy, fresh baby spinach
  • 4 tbsp of Pomegranate fruits
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt/ crushed pepper as per taste
  • Parmesan for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice


  1. Well, wash the baby spinach with under running the cold water and strain well. Take a large salad mixing bowl, add baby spinach, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and crushed pepper. Mix with a spoon with one spoon of pomegranate fruits. Serve it.
