Ingredients

  • 1 Green pepper

  • 2 Medium large tomatoes

  • 1 Onion (large)

  • 1 Small block cottage cheese

  • Marinate your skewers
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Peri-Peri sauce

  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce

  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 tbsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper

  • Chopped coriander leaves

  • A pinch dried oregano

  • 1 tbsp Red chilly Flakes

  • Sour yoghurt

  • Sweet Chilly Sauce

  • Cilantro sauce(optional)

  • Mango Sauce(optional)

Directions

  • Dice the green pepper, tomato, onions, and cottage cheese. Keep it aside.

  • Make the marinade – In a mixing bowl, combine salt, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, chopped cilantro, BBQ sauce, peri-per sauce, and tomato ketchup. Mix well with a whisker.

  • Pour the marinades over the diced vegetables, and coat well gently. Let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes in a refrigerator.

  • Preheat the grill pan, and remove the vegetables from the refrigerator. Thread it into wooden skewers.

    If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.
