GRILLED SCALLOPS RECIPE

It is easiest way to cooking and grilling ever.Grilled scallops recipe combination of olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle on some olive oil, coating scallops on all sides. Season  with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice, pepper, making sure that the seasoning covers all sides.

Ingredients

  • Scallops.....................................1 pound (450 gm)
  • Olive oil.......................,,,,,,,,,,,................2 tbsp
  • Large parboiled potato........................2 no
  • Florets........................................................100 gm
  • Olives..........................................................4-5 no
  • Lemon juice...............................................1 tbsp
  • Crushed pepper......................................A pinch
  • Sage ..........................................................2 spring
  • Unsalted butter.......................................1 tbsp
  • Cooking cream..........................................1 tbsp
  • Chop garlic.....................................................1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate the scallops with lemon juice.garlic.salt and crushed pepper.Then fine grate the potatoes and heat butter in a heavy saucepan add potatoes,salt and cooking cream.

  2. If you want to make coloured mashed potato you can add of vegetable puree.....like beetroot,carrot and green peas.

  3. Grill the scallops on a preheated griller until it cook . Other hand blanched the vegetable,drain well.

  4. Make garlic lemon butter sauce with cream,butter lemon and salt pepper.


  5. In a serving plate , place grilled scallops and blanched florets with butter scoops of flavoured mash potatoes.

  6.  Serve with lemon butter sauce and garnishing olive slice and fresh sage.
