Ingredients

  • Salmon fish………………….........................… 150 gm
  • French beans………………............................... 30 gm
  • Asparagus……………………............................... 30 gm
  • A parboiled potato……...................................1 no
  • Lemon…………………………............................… 1 no
  • Dijon mustard……………….............................. 1 tbsp
  • Crushed pepper....…………............................. A pinch
  • parsley…………………………...........................…. little
  • fresh thyme…………………...........................…. little
  • Broccoli................................................................2 florets
  • Cauliflower ........................................................2 florets
  • chop garlic…………………….........................… 2 flakes
  • Extra virgin olive oil ……........................….. 1 tbsp
  • Butter...................................................................30 gm
  • Cooking cream.................................................2 tsp
  • salt…………………………………........................… as per taste

Instructions

  1. Rub and marinate Salmon steak with salt,pepper,olive oil ,Dijon mustard , chop garlic ,thyme and parsley and little bit of salt.

  2. Set aside for 3 mins.
  3. Then blanch the all vegetable and fine grate the parboiled potato.
  4. Heat butter in a heavy saucepan add  butter and grated potato then mash with whisker.Let it cook 3-4 minutes, mix cooking cream and finish with seasoning.

  5. Griddle the marinated salmon steak  both side on a preheated griller until cook and tender.

  6. In a same time heat olive oil in a pan add fine chopped garlic, be sure don’t brown .Then add Blanched vegetable and seasoning with salt pepper

  7. At final serve with mash potato and butter garlic vegetable garnishing with lemon, sprinkle chop parsley.

  8. With creamy lemon butter sauce.
