GRILLED JUMBO PRAWN

For grilled prawn In a mixing bowl, stir together the olive oil, thymes, lemon zest, salt, the pepper, add the prawns, and toss them to coat them well.
Let the prawns marinate, covered and chilled, for at least 30 minutes .
Stir in the lemon juice, let the mixture stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons Freshly grated lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 no Jumbo prawn
  • 1 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 no Parboiled potato
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking cream
  • 2 no Baby corn
  • 1 no Small carrot

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oil, thymes, lemon zest, salt, and pepper, add the prawns, and toss them to coat them well.

  2. Let the prawns marinate, covered and chilled, for at least 30 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice, let the mixture stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  3. In a saucepan, boil water and blanched the vegetable ,drain it. Saute with butter and garlic with seasoning.

  4. Heat butter in a heavy saucepan adds fine grated potato mix by a whisker,  add cream and salt ,a little parsley.

  5. Grill the herb-coated prawns on a preheated grilled for 3 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through.

  6. Serve with mashed potato, grilled vegetable and lemon butter sauce.
