Ingredients

  • 8 Pieces of Lean meat Lamb chops

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

  • 2 no Garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp Hang curd

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste

  • 1/2 tbsp Arabic chilly paste

  • 1/2 tbsp Orange zest

  • 1/2 tbsp Roasted cumin powder

  • 1/4 tbsp Al tahini spices

  • Salt, Crushed pepper as required

Directions

  • Take the Lamb chops, Rub well with salt, pepper, and garlic. Rubbing will help seal the moisture inside the meat
  • Keep aside.
  • For the marination, take a food processor, and put all the ingredients like olive oil, tomato paste, garlic, orange zest, and Arabic chilly paste. Blend well. Remove out from the blender, and keep in a bowl.
  • Then put hang curd, lemon juice, cumin powder, and little olive oil. Mix well. Check the consistency, and seasoning. If need for salt or pepper. Add as you need.
  • Then marinate the lamb chops. Brush a thin coating of oil over the Lambchop marinade and then lay the meat on a large plate.
  • Coat with more olive oil, and put into the preheated griddle. Grill it for two minutes, and turn another side, and grill again for two minutes. Cover for about a couple of minutes more, or until the internal temp reaches about 160 degrees.
  • When it cooked, remove out from the grill. Place in a serving plate. Sprinkle the parsley, and drizzle with Olive oil.
  • Served hot with garlic paste, and potato fry.
