Ingredients

  • 1 no Eggplant (medium)

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic

  • 1/4 tbsp Chilly flakes

  • 1/4 tbsp Italian herbs

  • 1/4 tbsp Cajun spices

  • 1/4 Lemon juice

  • 1/4 Cumin powder

  • Salt

Directions

  • Washed eggplant, and sliced it.
  • Take a glass bowl, Marinate the eggplant slices with Olive oil, salt, crushed pepper, chilly flakes, chopped garlic, lemon juice, and Italian herbs.

  • Rub well, be sure all the eggplant slices should be well marinated. Just keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes in a chiller.
  • Before grilling the eggplant, make sure The griller should reach the appropriate temperature. It must be 174 degrees C.

    Take out marinade eggplant from the chiller. Place the eggplant slices on preheated griller one by one.
