GREEK SALAD

 

Greek salad  comes from in Greek cuisine. This  salad is made with pieces of tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, onion, feta cheese, and olives, typically seasoned with salt and oregano, and dressed with olive oil.

It is the easiest way to make salad recipe.

Ingredients

  • Plum tomatoes...................................3 no Organic tomato
  • Cucumber.............................................1 no English cucmber
  • Bell pepper...........................................1 no
  • Kalamata olives....................................8 no Greek olives
  • Olive oil...................................................2 tbsp Extra virgin
  • Red onion................................................1 no
  • Red wine vinegar.................................1/2 tbsp
  • Feta cheese.............................................50 gm not crumble
  • Dried oregano........................................A pinch
  • Salt...............................................................A pinch
  • Heart of Romaine lettuce....................50 gm

Instructions

  1. Before make the salad you should sure that all vegetables are washed properly and knife , chopping board should sanitized.
  2. Cut the tomatoes, large chunk size and cucumber in half lengthwise, then slice into thick halves (at least 1/2″ in thickness).
  3. Cut the red onion and bell pepper, medium dice size.
  4. Take salad mixing bowl, place everything in a bowl. Add olive oil ,salt, pepper, red wine vinegar and oregano in its mix very gently by spoon.
  5. Then pour in a salad bowl and place the diced feta cheese and Kalamata olive, and sprinkle a little dried oregano and serve.
