Ingredients

  • 2 no Chicken drumstick

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Butter

  • 1 no Large potatoes

  • 1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup Saffron sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped garlic

  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped celery

  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1/4 tbsp Roasted orange powder

  • Salt

  • Crushed pepper

  • 1 no Large egg

  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour

  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

  • Make a marinade with olive oil, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and celery, lemon juice, roasted orange, chopped thyme, and chopped parsley in a bowl. Mix well. Pour over the Chicken drumstick. Marinate well. Keep in a chiller for at least 3 to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the oven at 172 degrees C. Sliced the potato, seasoning with salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Baked for 20 minutes at the same temperature.

  • When the potatoes are baked remove them from the oven, put the top of grated cheese, and again baked until the cheese is melted or baked.

  • Make the batter for chicken, in a bowl, add 1 no of egg, and 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour with a little salt, pepper. Mix well by adding little water.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Remove the chicken from the chiller. Dip into a batter, and crumb it. Chopped Pista nuts. Press the chopped nuts all over the chicken.

  • When the oil reaches the appropriate temperature, reduce the fire. Then fry the chicken with a slow fire. After a couple of minutes, remove the chicken for resting for 2 minutes. Then again fry until cooked or it reaches golden brown color.

  • As above mentioned, make the saffron sauce by adding cooking cream. Check the seasoning.

  • Place the baked cheese potato on a serving plate, remove the mold. Put saffron sauce around the potatoes. Place the fry chicken drumstick on top of the potatoes.
  • Garnished with a sprig of parsley. Served hot.
