Ingredients

  • 4 no Anaheim Pepper (Shimla Mirch)

  • 1 cup Gram flour

  • 1/2 tbsp Salt

  • 1/4 tbsp Chili Powder

  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tbsp Cumin Powder

  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic Paste

  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped chili

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic powder

  • 1/4 tbsp Carom Seed

  • 2 cup Water

  • Oil for Frying

Directions

  • Wash the pepper, cut lengthwise.

  • Take a large mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients with water, and gram flour. Mix well.

  • Heat oil for frying.
  • Dip the Pepper into flour batter. Then take out pepper from the batter, and put in preheated oil.

  • Fry until golden, and crispy. When it’s done remove it, and keep it on a serving plate.

  • Served hot with any dips or sauces.
