  • 1 Bunch Fresh Basil leaves

  • 1/2 cup Pine nuts

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 5-6 Garlic cloves

  • 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 no Ice cube


  • Wash Basil leaves with cold iced water. Pluck leaves from the stem.
  • Take a mixer jar. Put all the ingredients like Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic cloves, Basil leaves, and ice cube.
  • Turn on the food processor, do not make a fine paste. Otherwise, it will lose flavour or colour.Basil pesto sauce
  • Transfer to a container, and keep in a chiller.
