Ingredients

  • 1 Fillet Sea bass

  • 10-12 no Medium size prawn

  • 10-12 no Squid

  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1/2 rbsp Grated lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

  • Parsley chop

  • Thyme sprig

  • Salt as required

  • Crushed pepper as required

  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour

Directions

  • Cut the medium slice the fish, and squids. Well washed the fish, squids, and prawns under the running cold water. Strain well, and keep aside in a bowl.
  • Take a large mixing bowl, put olive oil, lemon juice, salt, crushed pepper, mustard paste, lemon zest, egg, chopped thyme, and flour. Mix well.
  • Marinate the seafood, and keep in rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Preheat the griller, put the little oil on the griller pan. Then grilled all seafood for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • When it cooked. Remove from the pan. And transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with a sprig of thyme, and served hot with lemon butter sauce.
