Fresh herbs will be more flavorful than dried. In creamy chicken recipes, herbs that go well include basil, rosemary, tarragon, sage, and parsley.

Ingredients

  • 2 no Chicken breast (skinless, and boneless)

  • 1 cup Cooking cream

  • 1 cup Chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • Garlic cloves

  • Crushed pepper

  • Paprika

  • Rosemary (fresh) Dried optional

  • 1/2 cup Chopped Scallions

  • Salt

  • 1/2 tbsp Butter

Directions

  • Bring chicken breast to wash well, strain, and wipe it with a paper napkin.

  • Marinated with oil, salt, crushed pepper, paprika, rosemary, and crushed garlic. Keep it aside.

  • Heat oil in a grill pan. Place the marinated chicken breast. Grill with low-medium heat. Cook both sides of the chicken until half cooked or it reaches slight golden color.

  • Take another frying pan. Heat oil. Add crushed garlic, stir until brown. Add chicken stock, and let it boil. Then put half-cooked chicken, and simmer again for a couple of minutes.

  • Once it has reached half of the remaining stock, add the Cooking cream and scallions. Allow it to cook at medium-low temperature. Then add salt, crushed pepper, and the spice paprika. Mix well and add the seasoning.

  • Check the seasoning, and finish by adding half tbsp of butter.
  • Remove from the fire, and serve hot with any flavored rice or bread.
