  • 1/2 cup Diced Green apple

  • 1 tbsp Green peas

  • 1/2 cup Diced Red Apple

  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise (vegan)

  • 1 tbsp Whipping cream (optional)

  • 1/2 tbsp Finely Chopped Celery

  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • Crushed pepper

  • Salt as required


  • Take a salad mixing bowl, put olive oil, mayonnaise, chopped celery, salt, and crushed pepper. Mix well.
  • Keep the salad dressing in a chiller for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Check the seasoning, if need add season as you need.
  • After this, remove the salad dressing bowl from the chiller, then add the diced apple, and green peas. Mix with a salad spoon.
  • Then transfer to a salad serving bowl, garnished with thin-sliced apple, and celery leaves.
  • Served cold.
