A wrap is a type of sandwich that is larger than a sub, made with an oblong-shaped bread.

The most common types of wrap are those that use either tortillas or flatbreads as their bread component, but in recent years many diners have started using pita bread to create wraps.

How To Make Tortilla?


To make tortillas, you need all-purpose flour, salt, water, and oil. Mix all the ingredients to make a dough.

Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Knead the dough for five minutes until smooth.

Divide dough into equal sizes.

On a floured surface roll each piece of dough into a thin circle (around 5 inches in diameter).

Cook on a pan that has been greased with oil or ghee at medium heat for two minutes per side.

  • For Tortilla
  • 2 cup White Sorghum Flour (Gluten-free)

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1/2 tbsp Salt

  • 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil

  • Grilled broccoli
  • 10 ounces Broccoli florets (cut it small)

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (extra virgin)

  • Crushed pepper

  • Paprika

  • 4-5 cloves Garlic

  • Stuffing
  • 2 ounces Carrot

  • 2 ounces Tomato

  • Seasoning
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt

  • 1/4 tbsp Crushed pepper

  • 1/4 tbsp Paprika

  • Dried oregano (optional)


  • For tortilla
  • Combine the flour, salt, water, and little oil. Mix and kneed until it becomes a smooth dough. 
    Cover it with a light wet muslin cloth for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Take out the dough, and divide it two no. On a floured surface, roll each piece of dough into a thin circle (around 5 inches in diameter) by adding oregano.
  • Heat a pan with low-medium heat. Then put the tortilla on it, and cook both sides with greased little oil.

  • Cut the broccoli into florets, blanch them and then marinate in salt pepper, oregano garlic, olive oil, and the spice of paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a grill pan. Place the broccoli florets, grill, and drizzle with extra olive oil. 
    Check the seasoning.
  • Preparation
  • Place tortilla bread, and spread with beet hummus. 
  • Then Put the grilled broccoli, julienne tomato, and carrots on it. Just sprinkle the paprika and peppers on over it. And fold it inwards. 
  • Then place on a heated pan, and again grill both sides for a couple of minutes with greased melted butter.
  • Slice in half, and serve hot with a selection of dips or accompaniments.
