  • 8-10 no Broccoli florets

  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Dry nuts with raisins

  • Crushed black pepper

  • Little salt

  • Parsley sprig for garnish

  • Strawberry for garnish


  • Boil the water. Put broccoli florets, and stir for one or two minutes. Strain under the running cold water. Keep in a freeze for cool for 5 minutes.
  • Take out blanched broccoli florets from the freezer. Take a salad mixing bowl. Put one tbsp of mayonnaise, a little salt, crushed pepper, and dry nuts mix well.
  • Diced the 4 -5 no broccoli florets, and well mix with dressings.

  • Transfer to a salad bowl.
  • Garnish with sliced strawberry and a sprig of parsley.
  • Served cold with some freshly cut bread. You could also sprinkle some shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the top.
