Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ground beef

  • 2 cup Home made tomato sauce

  • 3 cloves Garlic chopped

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter

  • Chopped parsley

  • Dried Oregano

  • Salt as required

  • Crushed pepper

  • Basil leaves (fresh)

  • Spaghetti pasta( blanched)

  • Bay leaf

  • Parmesan cheese grated

Directions

  • In a large frying pan over medium heat olive oil. Add chopped garlic, stir it, add ground beef, and cook for a couple of minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the meat is browned add the tomato sauce to coat well then add water and bay leaf to cover meat almost completely. Put a lid on the pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • When it cooked well, add spaghetti pasta, stir for a couple of minutes, Add unsalted butter, salt, sugar, and dried oregano with a little olive oil.
  • Stir again, add grated Parmesan cheese, and coat well. Check the seasoning.
  • Transfer to a pasta serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Put topping grated cheese, and little oregano. Garnish with fresh basil, and served hot with garlic bread.
