Banana Fritters are a delicious, sweet, and savory dessert that is served hot or cold. Banana fritters are the perfect treat for the summertime. They’re light and fruity on one hand and rich and buttery on the other. They also happen to be vegan-friendly!

Banana fritter is a dessert that consists of banana coated in spices and fried. It can be served as a snack or breakfast.

                  4) Poached apple puree sauce

                 1) One scoop of vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

  • 2 no Medium Ripe Banana

  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 3 tbsp Honey

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1 cup Orange juice

  • Crushed pistachio

  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • Split bananas into 1/4 pieces, Marinate with honey and lemon juice.
  • Bring one large mixing bowl, add flour, milk, baking powder, one tbsp of sugar, honey, and saffron, whisky well, and make batter then transfer to a bowl.
  • FOR ORANGE HONEY REDUCTION…….Simmer fresh Orange juice in a high skillet fry pan with medium overheat, add honey and sugar, let it boil for a couple of minutes. Or until it thickens.
  • Deeply marinated banana in batter and carefully put into the hot oil and fry it, flip the banana and continue fry to a golden brown.

    When the fritter is getting ready, remove it from the fire and place it on the paper napkin for soaking the oil, and keep it on a serving plate.
  • Garnishing with ground pistachio, sesame seeds, and caramelized sugar. Served warm with orange sauce.
