  • 1 handful tender green beans (fresh)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/4 tbsp chopped ginger

  • 1 tbsp crushed roasted peanut

  • 2-3 no basil leaves

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 tbsp lemon juice

  • crushed pepper

  • salt


  • Start with fresh tender green beans, blanched for one and half minutes with boiled water. Strain, keep in iced water.
  • For dressing take a bowl, put olive oil, lemon juice, chopped ginger, honey, chopped basil, salt, and crushed pepper. Mix well. Check the seasoning.
  • Well strain the beans, and mix with roasted honey, and peanut dressing. Mix well.
  • Served cold.
