- 2 no Red tomatoes (Roma)
- 3 to 4 Garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Pesto sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (Extra virgin)
- 1 Handful of Basil fresh
- 2 Slice of french baguette
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- salt/ crushed pepper
Well washed the tomato, and basil leaves. Fine chop tomatoes, chopped basil leaves, and chopped garlic cloves.
For the toppings of basil tomato crostini, take a mixing bowl, put all the ingredients include, including olive oil, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, chopped garlic, basil chopped, salt, and crushed pepper.
Mix well, and keep in a chiller for at least 20 minutes.
