What you will need for banana pancakes recipe

  • one no large egg
  • 3 no banana (ripe)
  • 2 tbsp coffee
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • A cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Half cup of sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder (not baking soda)

Prepare the recipe

1. Take a large mixing bowl. Combine all the ingredients like a sliced banana ( 2 no), milk, flour, butter, egg, banana, coffee, and baking powder.

2. Blend to make a smooth batter. Strain the batter, and keep it in a separate bowl.

3. If you will use a nonstick pan, there is no need to use butter or oil to make the banana pancake.

If you have a heavy skillet pan or griddle, preheat the pan, and brush with butter or oil.

Keep the low-medium heat.

Pour the pancake batter on a preheated pan using a measuring cup or spatula spoon.

4. When it appears it cook half, add the sliced banana (remaining), and put it on over the pancakes.

5. Turn the other side, and cook it again.

6. Make 3 to 4 pieces of pancake. Cut it in half. Place the pancakes on a serving plate. Sprinkle the sugar, garnish with choco sauce, and it can also serve with roasted sugar peanuts and whipping cream.
