The recipe for Bacon-wrapped shrimp is one of the simplest ways to cook and the dainty dish as an appetizer. The seafood lovers always very much relished shellfish like Lobster, crab, prawns, shrimps, clams, oyster, mussels, and scallops.

Ingredients

  • 8 no Fresh Shrimp

  • 4 strips Bacon

  • 2 tbsp Horseradish sauce

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic

  • 2 tbsp Cider vinegar

  • Asparagus

  • Salt, crushed pepper as required

  • Fresh thyme

  • Fresh dill

  • Julienne red cabbage

  • Fine julienne red onion

Directions

  • Well-washed shrimp with cold water, rub with salt, crushed pepper, lemon juice, fresh thyme, and chopped garlic. Wrapped in bacon slices around each shrimp. Arrange on a baking tray.
  • Preheat oven 332-degree Fahrenheit or 167-degree Celsius, place the baking tray and bake for 7 to 9 minutes.

  • FOR RED CABBAGE SAUERKRAUT……
    Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add julienne onion and stir for 3 minutes until it does not soften. Add julienne cabbage and again stir for 3 to 4 minutes, add salt, sugar, cider vinegar, and caraway seeds, stir for 5 minutes until done.
  • Washed the radicchio and cut thick slices, blanch the asparagus.
  • When shrimps are cooked, remove them from the oven and keep them aside. Place radicchio 4 no of slices on a serving plate, put one spoon of red cabbage sauerkraut on top of each radicchio slice. Place the wrapped prawns on pickled cabbage and asparagus, silver onion, sliced cherry tomato keep accordingly.
  • Garnishing a sprig of dill leaves and serving warm with horseradish sauce
