 The fried chicken recipe has its own characteristics when you will make this dish you have to marinate the chicken overnight.

With longer marination, the meat absorbs all of the flavors and spices, which results in a more flavorful dish. For which it will give the best result.

Some of the regions marinate chicken with their spices or their own ingredients. An example in India, they will prepare the spices are chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, chat masala, and ginger garlic paste.

Ingredients

  • 2 no Skinless chicken leg

  • For Marinate
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder

  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder

  • 1/4 tbsp Salt

  • Crushed Rosemary

  • Crushed Pepper

  • 1 Bowl of Iced water

  • 1 no Egg

  • 1/2 tbsp Paprika

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

  • For Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce (concasse)

  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar

  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped parsley

  • Oil for Frying

  • 1 cup Stock

Directions

  • Washed the chicken well. Dry It. Marinate with egg, salt, paprika, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, crushed pepper, and crushed rosemary. Keep aside. At least wait for half an hour.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic, stir until it softened. Add bbq, and concasse sauce. Cook it for a couple of minutes. Add one cup of stock, and simmer it again. Check the seasoning.
  • Heat oil for frying. keep with slow fire.
  • Keep the flour on a tray. Add little salt and herbs. Mix well. Dust the chicken, and dip into iced water, remove immediately. And again well dust. Keep aside.
  • Then fry the dusted chicken.
  • When the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a serving plate. Served with sauce and cheese vegetables.
