    Ingredients

    • 1 lb Lamb meat

    • 8-10 no Garlic cloves

    • 1/4 cup Diced onion

    • 1 no Small celery stick

    • 1/4 cup Parsley

    • Salt as required

    • Crushed pepper as required

    • 4 tbsp Olive oil

    • 1 cup Blanched spinach

    Directions

    • Cut the lamb into small pieces. It will be easier to cut the pieces into small pieces if you use sharp knives. If you have sharp knives, you can just use the edge of the knife to remove the skin.
    • Take a large mixing bowl, put olive oil, salt, crushed pepper, diced onion, garlic cloves, parsley, and onion. Well, mix with lamb.

    • Mince by Mincer. Keep in a bowl.

    • Make a roll. Then cook on preheated griller for 6 to 7 minutes. When it is cooked, remove it from the griller.

    • Take a frying pan. Heat olive oil, add 1/2 tbsp of chopped garlic. Cook it, then add blanched spinach, stir for a couple of minutes with adding salt, and pepper.

    • Then wilted spinach transferred to a serving plate.

    • Place the lamb roll on it. Served hot with accompaniment pepper salsa.
